According to the 2021 student enrollment by race, Black students made up 2.62% or approximately 1705 total Black students enrolled in the Washoe County School District.

Black enrollment in the Washoe County School District has increased year over year since the 2017-2018 school year. 

Black graduates at WCSD have decreased but are improving over time and, on average, 40% of Black graduates are graduating with an advanced diploma.
