Dr. Edward has lived in Reno, NV since 2012. During that time, he has been a state employee. He worked as the Quality Assurance Specialist for the NV Department of Agriculture and oversaw the statewide National School Lunch Program. Dr. Edward has lived in Reno, NV since 2012. During that time, he has been a state employee. He worked as the Quality Assurance Specialist for the NV Department of Agriculture and oversaw the statewide National School Lunch Program. In this role, Edward provided fiscal and regulatory oversight to over $150 million in federal funds. In 2019 he received his MBA from Western Governors University and received a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at Northcentral University. In his spare time, Edward is active in local politics, is a fully trained tailor and designer, plays dungeons and dragons, and is a practitioner of Aikido.
Ryan is 29 years old and from Little Rock, Arkansas. He moved to Reno initially in his senior year of high school and attended North Valleys High School. In his spare time, he likes to play baseball and be outside with mother nature. Ryan returned to Reno recently to be the Executive Assistant for the BCC, is an certified community health worker (CHW).
Sieglinde McTigue was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. She attended Reno public schools, as well as Truckee Meadows Community College and University of Nevada – Reno, graduating with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Art in 2013. Sieglinde McTigue was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. She attended Reno public schools, as well as Truckee Meadows Community College and University of Nevada – Reno, graduating with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Art in 2013. Sieglinde has worked as an accounting professional in various positions in the private sector, for local government agencies and non-profit organizations for over 30 years. She is a working artist, writer and avid gardener as well. Currently working for the BCC allows Sieglinde to combine her passion for social justice and equity, her extensive background in accounting and business and her love of art and the humanities. She currently lives in Sparks, NV with her spouse of 28 years, and her dog, Violet.
